Attendees: Doug Bergstrom, Carl Laroe, Matt Crepeau, Bruce Chattman (Superintendent), Julie Morin (HR).

1. CALL TO ORDER

Chair Doug Bergstrom called the meeting to order at 4:25pm.

2. APPROVE EARLY RETIREMENT REQUESTS

Bruce and Julie presented three requests from teachers applying for early retirement under the Early Retirement/Career Change Incentive provision of the Master Agreement.

Action: Carl Laroe moved to approve requests by Jacalyn Williams-Curley, Marilyn Sink, and Jill Stevens for early retirement, seconded by Matt Crepeau. Unanimously approved.

3. ADJOURN

The meeting was adjourned at 4:30pm.
