Agenda
A. Minutes
ACTION: Motion by Wendy
Larose to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting on December 5, 2006,
seconded by Chris Mitiguy, approved unanimously.
B. Resignation
ACTION: Motion by Chris Mitiguy to accept the
resignation of Leah Hynes, seconded by Ron King, approved unanimously.
V. New Business
A. Georgia Civil Authority Board – Betty
Dunsmore, Chairman of the Board of the Georgia Civil Authority Board spoke
regarding safety concerns at the school on Election Day. Ms. Dunsmore also stated concerns regarding
parking on election day. The acoustics of the gymnasium are also of concern to
the Board. She stated that the lines of communication between the school and
the Board should improve regarding set up and security of the ballot machine.
B. Budget Presentation – A public form was held
in the gymnasium from 6:35 PM to 8:10 PM.

A. Tuition Payment Policy – Tabled.
B. Public Use of School Facilities Policy –
Tabled.

Other – Carolyn Branagan was present to introduce
herself and let us know that the other representative for our district will be
Gary Gilbert.
