Discovery Education - Formerly known as United Streaming this site will allow you to have access to many educatonal videos linked to curriculum standards for use with your students.

EBSCO - Teacher Resources - Provides access to "Professional Development Collection", a specialized collection of full text journals, including peer-reviewed titles. Also provides access to ERIC educational research digests. Many other databases are also available including Newspaper Source and TOPICsearch.

Vermont Online Library - Professional Collection - This online resource provides access to full text periodicals for teachers and administrators.

The Big 6 Home presents an approach to information problem solving that can be used with students from K through college.

Cable in the Classroom - this website provides monthly subject guides and online resource search for current curriculum related cable programming that you might want us to obtain for you. Be sure to select “extended taping rights” to limit your subject search to those programs that we can legally obtain. Consider signing up for the CIC resource alerts and monthly e-mail newsletters.

Dewey Browse - an interesting resource that uses the Dewey Decimal system to arrange good internet sites for Grades K-12.

DCF Book Award - DCF book reviews, discussion and activity pages are available.

The Educator's Reference Desk provides a search interface to Ask ERIC's thousands of lessons plans and links to online educational information.

The Gateway to 21st Century Skills - The Gateway to 21st Century Skills can be used by educators to access thousands of educational resources found on various federal, state, university, non-profit, and commercial internet sites.

Kathy Schrock's Guide for Educators - Provides a categorized list of sites useful for enhancing curriculum and professional growth. It is updated weekly.

Landscape Change Program - is an archive of paired historic and recent photos of Vermont landscapes funded by the National Science Foundation to digitally document how the Vermont landscape has changed over time.

Thinkfinity - Formerly Marco Polo, this site provides access to high quality, standards-based internet content and professional development for teachers.

Vermont Center for Geographic Information - Provides links to very helpful Vermont maps including an interactive map, static maps and a digital atlas. Go to the "Vermont Geography Portal Web Map" to explore an interactive map with lots of Vermont information.
