
Resources Found In the Library
There are a lot of print and other resources available in the library to help you find information on topics you are researching. Be sure to look in Spectrum (OPAC) and take a look around the Reference Section too!
Here are a few of the reference resources the library has:

Encyclopedias present basic information and are an excellent place to start your research. The library has a number of different types of encyclopedias. Each one will give you different information so check out more than one. Encyclopedias are on their own bookcase in the middle of the reference section.

Dictionaries
are a great way
to find out how to spell something correctly or to find out what a word
means. The library has many types of dictionaries at all
levels
for you to choose from. Dictionaries are in the reference
section
in REF 420's.
Almanacs will give you lots of facts for all sorts of subjects. The information is not very detailed but it briefly covers a great many topics.
